production process

India has abundant of ARECA PALM trees that are basically cultivated for betel nuts.
Each tree sheds approximately 15 leaves in a year and these leaves are procured by us from the farms directly to produce top-of-the-line ARECA PALM LEAF PRODUCTS.

ECO-FRIENDLINESS

We do not use any kind of chemicals or additives during the production of our products. Being chemical-free, our products are highly biodegradable.
In comparison to other disposable alternatives present in the market, the manufacturing process followed by us leaves a minimum or no carbon footprint.

We collect all the leaves that fall from trees then clean them with fresh water.
After cleaning, these are pressed with heat compression machines to provide a shape.
For our production, we are manufacturing machines by our own technology.
Export quality plates will be segregated & hand picked by our well trained workers with proper safety wears such as hand gloves, face masks etc.,
Cutting, edge trimming and cleaning is done to provide proper finishing.
Each plate will undergo UV sterilization to make it premium in quality.
Followed by a process of shrink wrapping and carton boxing.
After usage, plates can be disposed of and they turn into nature manure for our earth.
Moreover, the water we use for cleaning the leaves is collected and used for irrigation within the premises of our production.
